Hello, I'm Anastasia!

For over 10 years, I have coached and mentored professionals, business owners, students, and athletes from around the world. I've helped them reconnect with their true selves, gain clarity and confidence during life and career transitions, and become happier and more impactful leaders.

Traditional online courses are based on the belief that one size fits all. They don't help when you feel stuck and need personalized help. Find Your Life's Work is different! Yes!! I get this question asked a lot and can confidently say that it's all about the perspective. Having many passions can actually play to your advantage! You have many interests and thus can create opportunities for yourself in many industries. The key for you will be to better understand what truly matters to you and explore which of your passions can play well with your strengths, values, purpose and dreams. Remember that not all passions are meant to be incorporated  into your career path! - Some can happily become part of your lifestyle in a form of a hobby or volunteering. And you can get as much joy from them while becoming a more well-rounded and more balanced person! Or maybe you can do a few projects at once! I'm afraid that changing a profession will require obtaining new degree... What are my options?
A looot of my past and current clients had exactly the same fear before we started working together. Actually, this exact fear is one of the biggest reasons why so many people stay in unhappy careers for too long! The mindset that I encourage my clients to develop is practice separating the "What do I want?" from "How am I going to get there?" question. Focusing on the "How" too soon limits your imagination and prevents you from really understanding yourself and your options. Too many times I see professionals actually not needing a new degree because they can use transferable skills! Other times, a lower cost training or certification can be enough to enter a new industry too. Find Your Life's Work will equip you with the proven tools that will help you understand what a successful transition could look like for you.
My schedule is very packed, how much time would FYLW require each week?
FYLW is designed to fit in the scheduled of even the busiest of professions - lots of FYLW clients are parents with full time jobs!  Most people who allocate between 3-5 hours per week to this program, can complete it in under 10 weeks. Some weeks may take you a bit longer if you choose to spend more time on a particular exercise. Having said that, your success is in your hands. Your results will directly correlate with your efforts and trust to the process so it would be important to actually do the recommended homework and join coaching calls to achieve the best results. 
What if I can’t make it to one of the coaching sessions?
No worries! You will have a program lifetime access to call recordings and program materials, so you can watch them whenever it works best for you.
